Before making your booking, please read the Myalla House Rules, to ensure that Myalla is the right fit for your planned getaway. You will be asked to confirm that you have read the rules and that you will abide by them.

At the time of booking, you will be asked to confirm how many guests will be staying. If the number of guests changes, you must notify the host before arriving.

At the time of the booking, you will need to supply your full name, address, email address and phone number. The driver’s license of the person making the booking will need to be sighted upon arrival, to confirm your identity.

The code to access the key safe will be supplied 24 hours prior to your stay.
​

To confirm your booking, payment in full is required.

Cancellation Policy:

A full refund will be given if guests cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be given if the cancellation is within 5 days.

Partial refund of the cleaning fee will be refunded if cancellation is made in the 5 days leading up to check in date. The cleaning fee amount will be itemised on your invoice.

Re booking or a full refund will be considered under difficult circumstances.

Myalla Farm Stay House Rules
We aim to make your stay as comfortable and as safe as we possibly can.
For us to do this we require your cooperation. Please review our House Rules as set out below.

The Myalla property is a working farm, all paddocks and sheds on the property are strictly off limits and are clearly signposted.
​​

No interaction with the cattle is permitted. Please leave the gates as you find them.
​

The Myalla homestead accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, including children. No pets, no extra adult or children as overnight visitors, no illegal activity or inappropriate ant-social behaviour, no parties.
​

Children must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their personal equipment and needs. There are many hazards for children on a farm, if you are concerned please contact us.

No firearms are allowed on the property.
​

To maintain a fresh and healthy environment no smoking or vaping is allowed inside the homestead. Guests can smoke outside but please use the ash tray provided (under the kitchen sink). Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.

For fire prevention and safety – Never leave the open fireplaces unattended, if you are about to retire or planning an outing do not load the fire up before you leave and let the fire burn out. Only remove the fire screen or open the door on the combustion wood heater when loading or stoking the fire. Only use the kindling and fire starters provided, DO NOT USE petrol, kerosene, or any liquid accelerant to help start the fire. No fires including the firepit are not to be lit during fire restrictions – fines will apply. For more instructions, please see the house manual.

You have been provided with enough wood to keep you comfortable during your stay. If you require more wood, we can provide that for you, however an extra charge of $50 will apply.

Please park your car in the carport. Do not park on the grass or under the trees as they will leave sap on your vehicle and occasionally, they do drop branches. The carport will house 4 cars, if you have any more then 4 cars please park them in front of the carport.

Please clean the BBQ after use, cleaning supplies are in the drawer under the microwave, turn the gas off on the BBQ after use.

Please do not rearrange our furniture.

Environment – Water is precious on the farm. Please be mindful and ensure taps are turned off. Rubbish – We do not get a weekly collection of the garbage we ask for your cooperation with managing this. Please place recyclable items in the bins provided, all food waste is to be placed in the compost bin provided or fed to the chickens.

There are many creatures that would love to get inside, for your safety and the safety of our cleaners please keep screen doors shut at all times.
